1) Why do I need a wedding planner if my venue has a coordinator?

Most good venues will have event coordinators. They are great to help with anything relating to your venue, and are a useful contact for ourselves. They will also likely have a recommended list of suppliers for the venue.

As a wedding planner I will pull together all aspects of your wedding day, acting as the main point of contact for your suppliers, keeping the build up to your dream day stress free. I also  ensure everything runs like clockwork on your wedding day, with a carefully planned timeline of the day for all suppliers involved. 

An in house event coordinator will manage the wedding day itself from the point of view of the venue and will not be responsible for the planning process and suppliers bookings before the day itself.

2) What types of weddings do you do?

We do a full range of weddings including: Civil, Religious, Same Sex Weddings/LBGTQ, Express

3) Do you only work with certain venues and suppliers?


No, we can work with any venue, and if you have a preferred supplier in mind then please remember this is YOUR day!

The benefit of using one of our recommended suppliers is we know that they’re reliable and recommend them with confidence. 

We are happy to work with new suppliers, but please remember that we have no prior experience with them.


4) Where do you plan weddings?


For weddings in England, we specialise in the North East, including Newcastle, Teesside,  & Northumberland. However we are happy to travel further afield as required, as are many of our recommended suppliers.


5) Will you be at my wedding?


Yes! After months of planning and build up, we want to be there. Not only to see how beautiful everything looks together but also to ensure you kick relax and enjoy your day knowing that we are there to make sure the day runs smoothly and deal with any unexpected hiccups efficiently.

6) Is there a minimum budget that you work with?


No, we plan every kind of wedding day from elopements to large parties. We would ensure that the budget you are working with is realistic for your requirements or preferences. We aim to make the day as cost effective as possible but if something isn’t feasible within your budget we will tell you and provide alternative suggestions more suitable to your needs.


7) How much do you charge?

The most important part of planning a wedding is understanding what everything costs. We don’t provide a set package as each wedding is different. Every couple has their own requirements and needs. The answer to this question depends on the service you would like.
